To attach a photo, use the add-image icon and the camera icon on the toolbar at the bottom of the note editing screen. Tap one of them to attach a photo. The camera lets you take a photo on the spot.
If the camera doesn't open, the camera permission may not have been granted. Open your device's "Settings" app, then go to "Apps" → "Notes" (in your device settings, this app is shown as "Notes") → "Permissions" → "Camera" and choose "Allow". The names and locations of these items may differ depending on your device.
Up to 15 photos can be attached to one note. If you have reached the limit, delete photos you no longer need and try again.
