Data output creates a single ZIP file, which you unzip on a computer or a similar device. Under "Data Format" you can choose the format of the files inside: "HTML (for Windows)" or "TXT (text file)".
HTML files can be opened and read directly in a web browser on a computer. TXT files contain the text only and are easy to paste into note apps, AI apps and so on.
You can save the exported ZIP file to Google Drive, send it by email, transfer it to a computer, and more.
